Personalized Mama Embroidered Sweatshirt With Date and Name Mother's Day Gift

I ordered this two weeks prior to Mother’s Day, I saw an advertisement on Facebook, the sweaters had good reviews and seemed very affordable. The main reason I ordered was because it said it would arrive by Mother’s Day. Once I placed the order it got very expensive due to the embroidery costing additional for each name, I paid over $250 for 4 sweaters but was ok with that because the reviews said the quality was good and the website said it would arrive before Mother’s Day. Well here we are almost a month later and two weeks after Mother’s Day and she still hasn’t received it yet. This has been very disappointing and upsetting. I wish I would have know if I should have selected a more expensive shipping option and I gladly would have paid more for shipping to have it arrive on time. When I initially had trouble submitting the payment and order the staff did respond back right away so I appreciated the good communication, just very upset with how late these gifts are going to arrive.

I am extremely disappointed in the sizing. Neither of these will fit the intended recipients.
